"Oh, I can use two time glyphs but not 3 because 3 puts me past the time shard softcap" etc. The mechanics have become extremely convoluted it's no longer fun. So if you fail, you don't know if you have the wrong solution or you just haven't farmed enough. Worse yet, to get through realities you need to both have farmed enough, and have figured out the optimal way to do it. The puzzles are very hard and far more confusing than even knowing what order to do Eternity Challenges in the original. Pacing is slow, but it was like this in the original and that's fine.Glyphs are a pretty cool new mechanic, and the UI for handling them is also quite legit.The main pain from the old game which was eternity challenges can be automated with the automator as soon as you unlock it - which I highly recommend.The automator is a bit overwelming at first but if you force yourself to spend a few minutes trying it out it is surprisingly easy.
